Raised in our home

Our litters are whelped and raised underfoot in our home — not in a barn or kennel — so puppies grow up accustomed to household sounds, footsteps, and everyday life from day one.

Structured, week-by-week socialization

From their earliest weeks we introduce new surfaces, sounds, objects, gentle handling, and — as they're ready — new people, car rides, and novel experiences on a deliberate schedule. Early, positive exposure is what produces confident, adaptable adults. Pups will be familiarized with vacuums, loud music of various types (it might be Beethoven, or Slayer depending on the day); handled often with human contact, car rides, and outdoor romps in our patch of forest.

An independent 7-week evaluation

Before any puppy is priced or placed, each one is evaluated by an independent judge for structure and temperament at about 7 weeks. This gives us an objective read on drive, biddability, and conformation — and it's how we match the right puppy to the right home rather than first-come-first-served.

Health and veterinary care

All pups will be microchipped with a lifetime chip (no yearly fees) before leaving, pups will have had appropriate care, including wormings, vaccinations, a wellness check.

What goes home with your puppy

• A full health record, including vaccines and wormers administered
• An invoice from the vet indicating that a licensed vet has seen the pup
• A food sample
• A small blanket that has the litter and mom's scent on it
• Microchip registration paperwork
• Trupanion 30-day policy signup paperwork
